Is using YouAsk free?

Yes. YouAsk is free to use. The platform charges a 7% commission on earnings from completed sessions.

How far in advance do I need to book a session?

Sessions must be booked at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time and can be booked up to 7 days in advance.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours before the scheduled session to receive a 90% refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours are non-refundable.

What happens if the host cancels the session?

If the host cancels the session within the allowed cancellation period, the user will receive a full refund.

What happens if neither the host nor the user attends the session?

If both the host and the user fail to attend the scheduled session, the full payment will be refunded to the user.

What if I am dissatisfied with the service?

You can raise a dispute within 24 hours after the session. The YouAsk team will review the case and determine whether a refund is appropriate.

How long does it take to process refunds?

Refunds are processed within 2 working days after the dispute review is completed.

How much can I charge for my sessions?

Service providers can choose their own pricing. Sessions may be offered for free or at any price based on the value of the service.
